Taare Zameen Par to be dubbed in Tamil as Vaal Natchathiram, with Surya lending his voice for Aamir Khan in the Tamil version of the movie. Pyramid Saimira Entertainment Limited, has bagged the worldwide distribution rights of the Tamil and Telugu versions of the super-hit Tare Zameen Par Hindi film.
The movie, dubbed into Tamil and Telugu, will be released in the month of September. The Tamil version of the movie will be called Val Natchattiram, while the Telugu version of the movie will be called Nelameedi Tharalu. The highly-acclaimed film, which deals with the trauma of a dyslexic child, has been selected from 19 nominations from across the country in various languages including Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu and Kannada.
Actor Aamir Khan was presented the 11th Gollapudi Srinivas National Award for his film ‘Taare Zameen Par’ in Chennai on Tuesday and the award comprised a memento and a cash prize of Rs.1.50 lakh from the Gollapudi Srinivas Memorial Foundation.
